Returns & Exchanges
At ABBY & GRACE, we strive to provide our loyal customers with the highest quality products and the best customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll do everything we can to make it right!
Please carefully inspect your order once it is received, and notify us within 3 days of any defective or incorrect merchandise.
- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price or within the sale section of our website is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. No exceptions.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Shipping is non-refundable. ABBY & GRACE is not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition.
We provide delivery confirmation on every package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, nor are we responsible for items returned as "un-deliverable" due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
In the case of a damaged item:
We will happily provide an exchange (if applicable) or store credit for any item that you receive damaged. However, we do not give refunds in such a situation.
